All prices will be quoted with VAT EXCLUDED.

Kew Films run 2 day rates to cover various shooting requirements.

10 hour day / 12 hour day.

All days are to include travel time from base to base (base being location where operator picks up equipment from and returns kit to) and should include 1 hour lunch break.

Overtime is to be charged at 1.5x agreed day rate.

Travel Days

Travel day rates will only be considered should there be NO RECORDING involved.

Rates will only be based on a standard 10 hour day.

Any length of trip where travel time ‘base to destination’ exceeds 10 hours, the client will be charged at 75% of full rate.

Payment terms

Full payment is required 30 days from receipt of the invoice by the client. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure invoices are passed to the correct departments for processing. The 30 day term will commence from the first point of arrival of invoice.

Should there be any overdue payments the client will be responsible for any interest added to the final bill. Interest will be calculated on a daily basis which will follow on immediately after the 30 day period has elapsed. This interest is set at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

Any additional equipment that is required by the client will be added to the invoice originally quoted by Kew Films.
